Training Programs
Training for any race can be as simple or complex as you want it to be. The programs below serve as a training template so that everyday has a particular focus (including rest days). Each program is meant as a logical step up from the previous distance and is geared for beginner and intermediate runners and walkers. If you need help with particulars like workout design or route selection then you may want to consider speaking with a coach or hooking up with running groups like those at FitRight NW. You can contact me directly at jeremyhyatt@comcast.net.
