Discovery/Work Assessment
We provide a person centered approach to Discovery. The service entails helping the job seeker identify strengths, skills, desires, and work goals in an effort to prepare a report that can assist the job seeker as well as the Job Developer in finding community employment. We are contracted with Multnomah, Washington, Lane, Marion, and Clackamas Counties; Brokerages, and Vocational Rehabilitation to provide these services. 

Individual Customized Supported Employment Services:
• Referral to Vocational Rehabilitation and coordination of services
• Job Club and related pre-employment activities 
• Resume development; Mock interviews; Interview clothing; etc.
• Customized/person centered Job Development
• Job placement and onboarding services
• Job Coaching, both initial and long term supports

Group Supported Employment
These services include:
• Hourly employment in an integrated community business setting
• Screening, training and managing the employees
• Ongoing supervision of employees including performance management
• Payroll
• Providing liability insurance that covers all of our employees and job coaches
• Onsite job coaching for all employees

Project SEARCH
• Partnership with local businesses to provide job training and skill development
• Internship for people with developmental disabilities lasting 9 months (unpaid)
• Provides 3 different rotations (jobs) for Interns that provide a chance to learn about strengths, skills, and types of work they are interested in pursuing
• Provides experience working in a professional setting, learning job skills
• Job Coaching services provided throughout the program
• Help with job placement; goal is 100% job placement with either host business or community setting
